This pre-assembled DC motor is designed for students to learn about electromagnetic forces, featuring an open structure that resembles the diagrams found in many textbooks. The polarity of the magnets can be reversed to change the direction of rotation. Additionally, the motor can be used with a rheostat to observe how speed changes with current. The DC motor can operate in both vertical and horizontal positions and runs on a 1.5V battery (not included). It comes with a sturdy plastic storage case and an activity guide.
