We have a selection of 25 high purity thin foils, 0.1 mm thick, 3 mm diameter to fit into TEM grid holders for use in the STEM mode. They are polished to a 3 micron diamond finish, and come in a variety of pure metals: Aluminum, Cadmium, Cobalt, Copper, Gold, Hafnium, Indium, Iron, Magnesium, Molybdenum, Nickel, Niobium, Palladium, Platinum, Rhodium, Silver, Tantalum, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, Vanadium, Yttrium, Zinc, Zirconium, AISI 316 S/S
