VWR Freezer boxes are made of polypropylene and feature an alphanumerically labeled grid for identifying contents. The 81-place box is designed to fit into existing freezer storage racks, holding 1.5 or 2.0 ml microcentrifuge tubes, with an attached clear lid. The 50 and 100-place freezer boxes come with attached hinged lids and snap lock closures for versatility, designed to hold 1.5 and 2.0 ml tubes as well as some 1.2 ml cryo vials. Indented lids can be labeled. These freezer boxes are autoclavable and freezable to -90°C (-130°F). Assorted color packages include one each in blue, green, orange, red, and yellow. Available colors: fluorescent blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, and natural.
