GingisKHAN Enzyme GingisKHAN enzyme for digestion of 2 mg of human IgG1, including 5 vials of Reducing Agent. *Unique protease that digests human IgG1 between K223 and T224 producing a homogenous pool of Fab and Fc fragments. The enzyme requires only mild reduced condition for activity and the reaction is performed in the presence of 2 mM Cystein at neutral pH, leaving intact Fab and Fc fragments.
