CATALYST™ provides convenient and efficient re-calibration services for your hydrometers with an industry-leading 5-day average turnaround time from receipt of your instrument. All the service will be performed by an ISO17025 certified lab. Recalibration, certification, and shipping fees are all included in the catalog number cost. Simply order the stated catalog number based on how many calibration points are desired. You will receive a protective box to ship your instrument to Avantor's certified calibration laboratory along with a work order form to specify your calibration points and prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt at the laboratory, your instrument will be inspected for any defects under a microscope, and the performance of your instrument will be compared to certified standards and corrections to one-tenth of the smallest division recorded on your signed calibration report. Your calibration report and instrument are carefully repacked and returned to you with prepaid standard ground shipping. We also provide expedited service options available upon request.
