This Enriched Seawater Medium Is Based Upon The f/2 Medium Recipe (Guillard And Ryther 1962) With Additional Trace Metals, But Does Not Have Silicate Added. It Is A Good General-Purpose Marine Medium For Growing Coastal Algae As Well As Ocean Phytoplankton That Are Not Diatoms.
