The new "Advanced Technology" foam is specifically manufactured for the controlled environment industry. The VWR "Disinfect" Refill features polyester lamination, allowing for tear-free application of disinfectants, cleaning, and spill absorption. The VWR "Clean" Refill features microfiber lamination, enabling tear-free deep cleaning of contamination and residues while applying disinfectants to surfaces. It also evenly distributes disinfectants to optimize manufacturer-recommended contact times. Unlike competitive products, this microfiber is laminated to the foam without adhesives, which could contaminate surfaces. The Stainless Steel channel allows for multiple uses with multiple autoclave cycles. All refill styles are ideal for use in ISO 5, LAR, production, and laboratory environments. This foam allows 25% more liquid absorption and two times more liquid release than competing foams. Each refill is completely autoclavable and resistant to gamma and ETO sterilization. Refills are individually packaged and lot number controlled. All VWR refills are ideal for use with the "Pull and Lift" technique, commonly used in controlled environments. Manufactured in the USA.
