VWR production string mops are absorbent and economical, offering three fabric choices to suit every type of manufacturing site, from semiconductor and pharmaceutical to food and beverage. They are ideal for large surface areas and excel at cleaning around tank or work center table legs. Use them with standard string mop handles, such as 68400-002 and 68400-202, or with a stainless steel handle, 68400-304.
Accessories are not included.
The three fabric choices offer distinct benefits:
* Polyester microfiber string mops feature 100% micro-denier polyester looped strands. They have very low particle levels and are available irradiated.
* Tufted microfiber string mops feature 80% polyester, 20% polyamide looped strands. They are the most absorbent, durable, and can be used wet or dry.
* Polycellulose string mops feature 50% polyester, 50% cellulose flat strands. They are the most economical and offer a clean alternative to cotton or yarn mops.
A certificate of conformance is available for all options.
