Phalloidin labeled with the dye CF647^ is one of an outstanding series of CF dyes. The conjugate is useful for staining F-actin. CF647 absorbs at 650 nm and emits at 674 nm. The dye is spectrally similar to Cy5, but with brighter fluorescence and better photostability.
