The 2-prong, cork-lined clamp accepts burettes, flasks, and beakers measuring up to 11cm (4.3"). The cork-lined prongs provide a cushioned, slip-resistant hold. The clamp is attached to a stainless steel connecting rod measuring 5.5" in length and 10mm in diameter. Ideal for professional laboratories, science classrooms, and household use, this product is designed with quality and durability in mind. To secure the clamp to a frame or other apparatus, an additional holder (sold separately) will be needed; please see the recommended Boss Head list. The screw adjustment allows for precise pressure when gripping glass objects, avoiding potential breakage. The round extension arm enables the clamp to be rotated 360 degrees and varies the distance from the support apparatus. Note: Due to the cork lining, it is not recommended that the prongs of the clamp be placed in direct heat.
