Roller Bottles are optimal vessels for large-scale cell growth and multiplication, suitable for both research and manufacturing applications. They feature two different cap styles that can be used in both open and closed systems, making them compatible with all common instruments and automation. Each case has a labeled lot number, and every bottle features silk-printed graduations. These bottles are ideal for the growth of mammalian cells for virus propagation and bio-product production. They have a working volume of 340-510 ml and a growth area of 1700 cm² or 4250 cm². The bottles are DNase/RNase free, non-pyrogenic, and sterilized by electron beam irradiation. They can withstand temperatures ranging from -20°C to +50°C. The bottles come in different capacities, including 5000 ml, and have either a plug seal cap or a vent cap. They are surface-treated, sterile, and environmentally certified with an ISO 14001 certificate (No.: 04923E00243R0M). The packaging consists of 1 bottle per bag, with 12 bottles per case.
