Choose from two models: one measures percent saturation of CaCl₂ in the range of 0 to 120%, and the other model measures specific gravity/relative density (g/cm³) from 1.000 to 1.280. Note: Calcium Chloride Salometers should be stored in a clean, dry, safe place and should not be subjected to extreme temperatures. This product is used in various industries including food, fishing, and transportation. It features a length of 300mm (12”), lead-free ballast and glass, individual serialization, and temperature standardization at 60°F (15°C). The product comes packaged with a multi-language Statement of Accuracy indicating accuracy traceable to NIST. You will receive a protective box to ship your instrument to Avantor's certified calibration laboratory along with a work order form to specify your calibration points and prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt at the laboratory, your instrument will be inspected for any defects under a microscope, and its performance will be compared to certified standards with corrections to one-tenth of the smallest division recorded on your signed calibration report.
