These Spec-Wipes are excellent for cleaning rough, abrasive, or irregular surfaces, yet soft enough for delicate surfaces. Designed for critical-process cleaning and environments where low particle and fiber generation is critical, they are appropriate for industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, chemicals and petroleum, environmental, and education. Made from 100% white interlock knit polyester that has been laundered in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) cleanroom to further reduce particulate and extractable contaminants, these wipers are presaturated with semiconductor-grade solvent to allow for safe storage and dispensing of cleaning solvents while reducing hazardous waste. The durable interlock knit allows for rigorous cleaning, while the continuous filament creates softness for delicate surfaces. Specifications reflect the data for the wiper in an unsaturated state. Wipers are manufactured utilizing IPA (isopropyl alcohol) filtered to 5 µm.
