This thermometer/timer is ideal for monitoring liquids, air/gas, or semi-solids in water baths, ovens, refrigerators, incubators, and tanks. It has a temperature range of 0…200 °C (32...392 °F) with an accuracy of ±2°C and a resolution of 1°.
The easy-to-read "pop-up" display shows the time remaining, probe temperature, and temperature alarm setting. The timer counts down from 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds in one-minute increments. When the time reaches zero, an alarm sounds, the LCD flashes a "times-up" message, and the timer begins counting up.
For repetitive applications, the memory returns the time to the previous programmed setting. The fold-back display panel and magnets on the back allow for vertical mounting. The base is made of high-impact, chemical-resistant ABS.
Dual alarms sound separately for programmed time and temperature settings. A five-minute alarm sounds when the temperature reading rises above the programmed setting, and it continues to sound until switched off or the temperature returns to an "in-range" condition.
