This digital stem thermometer has a protection class of IP68, making it suitable for field studies, wet lab applications, wash-down areas, food testing, and tanks. It can read temperatures in liquids, semi-solids, and gases, with its stainless-steel probe easily reaching into cuvettes, test tubes, flasks, beakers, and more. The thermometer includes accredited calibration documentation that meets the requirements of ISO 17025 and is individually serialized and CE marked. Please note that it is not suitable for solids such as frozen items.
