This digital thermometer provides a 1mV signal per degree, making it compatible with any chart recorder, strip recorder, or computer that accepts millivolt signals. It is ideal for monitoring conditions in chambers, cleanrooms, food processing, scientific labs, and all temperature-sensitive manufacturing operations.
The maximum button captures the highest reading achieved, while the hold button freezes the display to capture a current reading. The thermometer uses all Type-K thermocouples and features a large, bright 1.3 cm (0.5") four-digit LCD display.
All Type-K probes can be used with liquids, air/gas, and semi-solids. The stainless steel probe with handle has a 15.9 cm (6.2") stem with a 3.3mm (0.13") diameter fitted to an 8.9 cm (3.5") handle. The beaded probe is 1.5mm (0.06") in diameter and features a 1.2m (4') fluoropolymer resin cable. The low-temperature stainless steel probe has a diameter of 4.3mm (0.17") and features a 30.5 cm (12") stem with a 12.7 cm (5") handle, supplied with a 2.4m (8') expandable cable. The high-temperature probe features a 3m (10') braided metal wire cable with a smooth tip and measures 5mm (0.2") in diameter.
The signal output is 1 mV per degree in 0.1°C display mode, and 0.1 mV per degree in 1°C display mode. This thermometer stores highest readings, reads °C and °F, and provides a 1 millivolt signal per degree. A serial numbered certificate is provided from an ISO 17025 calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA to indicate thermometer traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
The thermometer is supplied with a fast-response Type-K beaded probe (61161-372), a 9V battery, and a recorder output jack. It has a temperature accuracy of ±(0.3% + 1°C) and a temperature resolution of 0.1° from –50.0 to 199.9° (–58 to 391.8°F), with 1° rest of range. The dimensions are 7×3×13 cm (2.8×1.2×5.1"), and it weighs 0.2 kg (0.4 lbs.).
