EnviroKleen certified thermometers feature a green, non-toxic, biodegradable Enviro-Safe liquid against a lead-free, white back glass. Filled with biodegradable, non-hazardous liquid and dye, Enviro-Safe thermometers increase lab safety with no mercury problems to worry about. Compact and durable, they are easy to read due to the white background and green liquid color.
All Enviro-Safe thermometers have permanently fused markings. A statement of accuracy is provided to indicate instrument traceability to standards provided by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and Deutscher Kalibrierdienst (DKD).
Total immersion pocket thermometers are compact, 160mm (6.3”) long, and come with a case to protect from breakage. They are ideal for field studies, waste water treatment, and any “on-the-go” applications.
These thermometers are traceable to NIST and include a multi-language (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish) Statement of Accuracy and Traceability.

Simply order the stated catalog number based on how many calibration points are desired. You will receive a protective box to ship your instrument to Avantor's certified calibration laboratory along with a work order form to specify your calibration points (0 to 100°C or 32 to 212°F) and a prepaid return shipping label. Upon receipt at the laboratory, your instrument will be inspected for any defects under a microscope, and its performance will be compared to certified standards with corrections to one-tenth of the smallest division recorded on your signed calibration report. Your calibration report and instrument are carefully repacked then returned to you prepaid.
