**Hi/Lo Alarms and Time/Date Stamps**
The Hi/Lo alarms feature stores each alarm event in memory, detailing when the alarm state occurred as well as when the unit returned to within range. This thermometer is highly accurate and reliable, ideal for monitoring temperatures in refrigerators, freezers, water baths, heating blocks, and incubators. The device will stop recording when storage is full and will not overwrite recorded data. Data cannot be deleted from memory once stored, and raw data on the unit cannot be overwritten or modified. An indicator light will appear when 95% of memory is full.
