This thermometer displays minimum and maximum temperatures for the last 24 hours, with readings taken every hour, as well as previous 7 days, with one reading per day, or the last 30 days, with one reading per day. The time/date stamp key shows the exact time and date for all minimum and maximum readings.
The supplied platinum waterproof stainless steel probe provides accurate readings with a tip penetration of 0.3 inches, along with a waterproof cable and an adjustable probe holder. Alternatively, it is supplied with a platinum waterproof stainless steel Bullet™ probe and waterproof cable. The Handle probe model features a stainless steel probe, while the Bullet™ model features a PTFE cable that can withstand temperatures from -100 to +200 °C. It also features a 10-foot waterproof cable.
A 4-wire platinum sensor ensures linear response and high accuracy across the entire temperature range. This thermometer is ideal for freezers.
