This economical demonstration solar car can be powered by either a solar cell or a rechargeable AA-sized battery (not included). The battery can be recharged from the solar cell, demonstrating an electricity storage system for solar power. The solar cell can be tilted to maximize solar input and features an on/off switch as well as a select function switch. It also includes two binding posts to measure output. All working parts are visible through the clear, molded housing. An activity guide is included.
